Amid the swirling downturn of the real estate market in 2007, Brad helped us sell our condo within a reasonable timeframe, while our neighbors to this day still have their homes on the market as home prices continue to tumble. At every step in the sales process, Brad was there to educate us on the minute details of the process, from running an open house to how to get through closing. His open and honest communication style helped foster a collaborative relationship in which no stone was left unturned and he often answered our questions before we had the chance to ask them.

Similarly, on the buy side, Brad was ultra-patient with his "rookie" customers, but would often volunteer his opinion or professional expertise when appropriate. For example, he did not hesitate to tell us that a place we initially loved was not a wise investment because of several factors impacting the neighborhood and location; or that the underlying structure and fundamentals of a particular home were of concern to him. At the same time, when we finally found what we thought was "the place," he without hesitation confirmed our reaction and joked that he and his wife would be happy to move into it if we didn't!
